1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Evolved AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Evolved AI.
2. Description of Service
Evolved AI provides an AI-powered personal assistant accessible through WhatsApp and a web dashboard. The service includes calendar management, email triage, task tracking, wellness check-ins, and other productivity features. The service requires an active subscription and a WhatsApp-capable device.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted.
4. Subscription & Billing
Evolved AI is offered as a monthly subscription at $49/month, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is processed through our payment provider. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 7 days of a billing cycle.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited messages through the service, to attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the system, to share your account with others, or to use the service in any way that could harm other users or the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. AI Limitations & Disclaimers
Evolved AI is an AI assistant, not a licensed professional. The service does not provide medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate. All email sends and calendar modifications require your explicit confirmation. You are responsible for verifying any information provided by the assistant before acting on it.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology comprising the Evolved AI service are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your conversation data belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolved AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
